HYROX made its Atlanta debut on April 26–27, 2025, taking over the Georgia World Congress Center for a packed two days of racing in the penultimate USA based event before the 2025 World Championships in Chicago.

Read on for the main results of the weekend…

Men’s Pro

The Men’s Pro was won by James Kelly in a time of 00:55:30.  The Australian impressed again in this latest race, having already had an impressive season which has surely made him one of the favourites for the 2025 world championship title.  No man has now gone under 56 minutes more times than Kelly.

Second was Colin Stiefer in 00:57:46, and third place was taken by Grady Jackson in a time of 00:59:08

Women’s Pro

The Women’s Pro was won by Alandra Greenlee in a time of 01:04:07.

Second was Rachel Legacy in 01:05:35

Third place was taken by Terra Jackson in a time of 01:06:04

Pro Doubles

The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Will Grumke and Josh Ward in a time of 00:52:43

The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Rachel Legacy and Hayleigh Kanthack in a time of 01:01:52.

In the mixed doubles, CrossFit legends Tia-Clair Toomey and James Newbury (both of whom we have spoken to on the Rox Lyfe podcast) raced together in preparation for their partnership in Chicago, winning in their best ever time of 53:22.  They then, impressively, set off again 45 minutes later, putting down a time of a little over 55mins – giving them the first and second fastest mixed doubles times of the weekend!

All other results can be found on the HYROX website.
