The latest HYROX Birmingham was a huge 5-day event held on 22nd – 26th October 2025 at the NEC, Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT.
The layout was praised by most athletes and spectators there, with a wide running track, spectator bridge, and the stations in numerical order. The standard of competition across the event was very high and some some fast times and many age group world records were set.

Men’s Pro
The Men’s Pro was dominated by Elite 15 athletes, and was ultimately won by Sean Noble in a time of 00:55:04
Second was Jake Dearden in 00:55:16, and third place was taken by Charlie Botterill in a time of 00:55:31
These times move them into the following positions in the Elite 15 Major Ranking ahead of the Melbourne Major race in December (at time of writing): Charlie: 7th, Jake: 11th, Sean: 12th.
Women’s Pro
The Women’s Pro was won by Kat Parnell in a time of 01:01:31
Second was Charlie Searle in 01:01:50, and third place was taken by Gabriella Moriarty in a time of 01:01:58.
Pro Doubles
The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Jake Williamson and Charlie Botterill in a time of 00:49:17 – the third fastest time ever!
The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Holly Archer and Sophia Parvizi Wayne in their first race together. They won in a time of 00:56:38 – putting them into 14th place in the Elite Major Rankings ahead of the Melbourne Major (at time of writing).
