The latest HYROX Birmingham was a huge 5-day event held on 22nd – 26th October 2025 at the NEC, Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT.

The layout was praised by most athletes and spectators there, with a wide running track, spectator bridge, and the stations in numerical order.  The standard of competition across the event was very high and some some fast times and many age group world records were set.
