Hong Beom-seok – the South Korean former special forces soldier and runner-up of Netflix’s survival reality show ‘Physical: 100 Season 2’ – took the Pro Doubles win with Noh Seunghyun at a packed out HYROX Bangkok event held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) from 13th-16th August 2026.

Pro Doubles
The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Hong Beom-seok and Noh Seunghyun in a time of 00:52:18.
The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Aki Yoshida and Megumi Hirayama in a time of 00:58:20.
Women’s Pro
The Women’s Pro was won by New Zealander Gabrielle Nikora-Baker (who finished 9th in the Elite 15 at the 2026 World Championhsips) in a time of 01:01:31.
Second was the Austrain Alice Schürer in 01:04:21, and third place was taken by Chelsea Ribeiro in a time of 01:05:18.
Men’s Pro
As in the Women’s Pro division, the Men’s Pro was won by a New Zealander – Dexter Buchanan – in a time of 00:55:49. This is the second time in a row Buchanan has gone sub 56 mins, and is an encouraging start to the season for the athlete who finished 12th in the Elite 15 at the 2026 World Championships.
Second was Josh van Zeeland in 00:58:11, and third place was taken by Jake Williamson in a time of 01:00:04.
