HYROX Warsaw Results

Read on for the main results from the Poland event…

Elite Women

The Elite Women’s race was won by Joanna Wietrzyk in a world record time of 54:25 – beating her previous world record (set at the Phoenix Major in January 2026) of 56:03 by 1 minute 38 seconds! Her win also means that she has won all four Major races in the 2025/26 season – the first time an athlete has ever done the Grand Slam in HYROX history!

Wietrzyk was pushed hard by 3-time world champion Lauren Weeks and Elite 15 debutant Alyssa McElheny, with the lead swapping between the three of them throughout the race. Wietrzyk took the lead at the farmer’s carry, and led until the end, beating Weeks by 29 seconds.

A strong debut Elite 15 performance from McElheny saw her take 3rd place in just her 5th every HYROX race – punching her ticket to the world championships in Stockholm in June. With many of the women already qualified for Stockholm, the remaining qualifying places went to Emilie Dahmen in 8th place and Stefanie Oswald in 9th.

Elite Men

The Elite Men’s race was won by Alexander Roncevic in a World Record time of 51:40 – beating the record of 52:42 set by Hidde Weersma in London at the EMEA Championships on 20th March 2026. Dylan Scott also ran under the previous world record time, in an impressive performance that saw him in 12th place after the sled push, but he ran his own race to finish in second place.

Sebastian Ifversen made a move at the sled pull to take him into 2nd place, and he was leading the race until the row – when Roncevic took the lead and did not relinquish it. Ifversen was 2nd into the wall balls, but 11 no-reps and incredible wall balls from Scott saw him drop to 3rd place – which was still enough to take a qualifying spot for the World Championships in Stockholm in June.

With Roncevic, Scott, Tim Wenisch and Sean Noble already qualified for Stockholm, the other two qualifying places went to Belgian Louis Osselaer and England’s Luke Greer in 6th and 7th place respectively.

1. Alexander Roncevic – 51:59

Elite Women’s Doubles

The Elite Women’s Doubles was won by Lauren Weeks & Vivian Tafuto in a world record time of 52:11 – their 4th time racing together and the 4th time that they have broken the world record!

Holly Archer & Saskia Millard pushed them the whole race, but Weeks & Tafuto took the lead at the burpees and stayed there. Charlie Searle & Lauren Stockley were out for redemption after missing out on their qualifying spot at the London EMEA championships (where they were handed a post race 1 minute penalty meaning they missed out on the win and qualification). They finished in 2nd place and took the first qualifying place for Stockholm.

Archer & Millard finished the wall balls in 3rd place, but had amassed 2.5 minutes of penalties (BBJ’s 15 secs, row 15 secs, littering 2 mins). They had an agonising wait in the penalty box, finishing in 11th place and missing out on qualification.

The remaining two world championship qualifying places went to 3rd placed Jade Skillen & Kat Parnell, and 5 placed Jana Lebenstedt & Viola Oberlander.

Elite Men’s Doubles

The Elite Men’s Doubles was won by 2024 world champion Alexander Roncevic & 2025 world champion Tim Wenisch in a time of 48:23.

Maarten Enthoven & Louis Osselaer took the lead at the sled pull and Hidde Weersma & Thierry Willigenburg were leading into the BBJs, but Roncevic & Wenisch took the lead on the BBJs and kept it until the end.

Gustav Cordua & Sebastian Ifversen started to make a move on an incredibly congested sandbag lunges station, ultimately finishing in 3rd place behind Weersma & Willigenburg.

The top three had already qualified (as had Stephen Pelkofer & Dylan Scott), therefore the qualifying places for Stockholm went to Enthoven & Osselaer, Martin Lecorgne & Xavier Dufour (who went from 9th to 5th on the wall ball station!), and Marko Nicic & Alexis Bernier.
