The first HYROX Canada event was held in Toronto on 5th and 6th October 2024 at the Enercare Centre. As announced here, Goodlife Fitness was the title sponsor of the event.

Women’s Pro
The Women’s Pro was won by Amy Bevilacqua in an incredible time of 01:01:09 – a 50-54 Age Group World Record! This also pushes Amy back up into 8th (at the time of writing) in the Elite 15 places for the Hong Kong Major in November. You can watch our podcast episode with Amy here.Â
Second was Maria Fecik in 01:02:51 – this moves Maria up into 17th place in the Elite 15 rankings for Hong Kong, at the time of writing.
Third place was taken by Terra Jackson in a time of 01:06:39.
Men’s Pro
The Men’s Pro was won by Marcus Wallace in a time of 00:57:57.
Second was Dawson Miller in 00:58:04.
Third place was taken by David Magida in a time of 00:59:14.
Pro Doubles
The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Benjamin Steker and Scott Brugioni in a time of 00:57:13.
The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Lauren Peterson and Madi Grausam in a time of 01:05:06.
Women’s Open
The Women’s Pro was won Michelle Thornton by in a time of 01:05:58.
Second was Kerry Lamarche in 01:07:13.
Third place was taken by Lucie Bourne in a time of 01:07:28.
Men’s Open
The Men’s Open was won by Ryan Douglas in a time of 00:59:23.
Second was Alexander Golik in 01:00:23.
Third place was taken by Campbell Lee in a time of 01:00:53.
Open Doubles
The Men’s Open Doubles was won by Samuel Ruiz Plaza and Jonah Garcia in a time of 00:55:43.
The Women’s Open Doubles was won by Alex Shabo and Katy Howell in a time of 01:00:30.
The Mixed Open Doubles was won by Terra Jackson and Colin Stiefer in a time of 00:57:05.
