The first HYROX Nice (France) event will held in on 12th October 2024 at the Palais des expositions de Nice.

Nice hosted the 2023/24 World Championships, but this is it’s first stand-alone event.

8:00 am – 9:20 am : HYROX DOUBLES MEN
9:40 am – 12:50 pm : HYROX MEN
1:10 pm – 2:50 pm : HYROX DOUBLES MIXED
3:20 pm : HYROX PRO DOUBLES WOMEN
3:30 pm – 3:40 pm : HYROX WOMEN PRO
4:00 pm – 5:10 pm : HYROX DOUBLES WOMEN
5:20 pm – 6:40 pm : HYROX WOMEN
7:10 pm – 7:20 pm : HYROX PRO DOUBLES MEN
7:30 pm – 8:10 pm : HYROX MEN PRO
8:40 pm – 8:50 pm : HYROX RELAY

What is HYROX?

A HYROX competition is made up of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times (meaning 8km run in total, plus 8 functional workouts).

The requirements / exercises for each HYROX event are as follows:

50m Sled Push (102kg – 202kg*)

1km Run

50m Sled Pull (78kg – 153kg*)

1km Run

80m Burpee Broad Jump

1km Run

1km Row (on Concept2 Rower)

1km Run

200m Kettle Bells Farmers Carry (16kg – 32kg*)

1km Run

100m Sandbag Lunges (10kg – 30kg*)

1km Run

100 / 75* reps Wall Balls (4kg – 9kg*)

* weights (and reps for wall balls) vary by category (see the breakdown in the tables below).

The requirements are always exactly the same, in the same order, for each HYROX.
