The most recent HYROX Stuttgart race took place on 28th September 2024  at the Messe Stuttgart – the first European event of the 2024/25 calendar.

Many Elite 15 athletes were racing including Kate Davey, Graham Halliday, Jana Lebenstedt, Seka Arning and many others.

Read on for the main results of the day…

Women’s Pro

The Women’s Pro was won by Kate Davey in a time of 01:02:06 – a new 35-39 Age Group World Record! Kate is already in the Elite 15 for the Amsterdam Major in October-24, but this result will move her further up the rankings for the Hong Kong Major in November-24.

Second was Ida Mathilde Steensgaard in 01:02:19.

Third place was taken by Jana Lebenstedt in a time of 01:03:27.

Men’s Pro

The Men’s Pro was won by Graham Halliday in a fantastic time of 00:56:33. This significant PB for Graham (who has finished 7th and 5th in the Elite races at the last 2 World Championships) moves him up into the Elite 15 places for the Hong Kong Major at the time of writing.

Second was Sebastian Ifversen in 00:58:12.

Third place was taken by Hugo Hugemarq in a time of 00:58:44.

Pro Doubles

The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Tobias Lautwein and Christof Brenner in a time of 00:53:01.

The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Jennifer Nikolaus and Seka Arning in a time of 00:56:37 – the second fastest Women’s Pro Doubles time ever!

Men’s Open

The Men’s Open was won by ex-triathlete Fabian Eisenlauer in a time of 00:52:30 – the second fastest Men’s Open time ever!

Second was Clemens Scherbel in 00:57:00.

Third place was taken by Dan Nota in a time of 00:57:32.

Women’s Open

The Women’s Open was won by Corinna Piepkorn in a time of 01:03:19.

Second was Angelina Nunhofer in 01:05:11.

Third place was taken by Romy Hitzer in a time of 01:05:32.

Doubles

The Men’s Open Doubles was won by Tim Wenisch and Michael Sandbach in a time of 00:50:00.  Tim and “Sandy” previously held the world record in this division, and presumably they were looking to reclaim that in this race.  However, despite it being a very impressive time, they were still short of the world record (which, at the time of writing, stands at 48:36).

The Women’s Open Doubles was won by Eilidh Boyd and Kirsty Boyd in a time of 01:02:59.

The Mixed Open Doubles was won by Jaafar Moumen and Jasmine Miedl in a time of 00:58:13.
