Germany’s Fabian Eisenlauer and New Zealand’s Gabrielle Nikora-Baker delivered dominant individual performances to secure the Men’s and Women’s Pro wins at HYROX Mumbai 2026.
In Friday’s Men’s Pro division, Eisenlauer proved to be the standout athlete of the day, taking the win as the only competitor in the division to break the 60-minute barrier. Meanwhile, Nikora-Baker put in a commanding performance to take top spot in the Women’s Pro race.
The HYROX Mumbai event was held on 17th-20th September 2026 at the NESCO Center.

Women’s Pro
New Zealand’s Gabrielle Nikora-Baker delivered the best performance of the day in Friday’s Women’s Pro division, stopping the clock at 1:00:18 to seal a clear victory.
Germany’s Jennifer Nikolaus took second place in 1:01:19, while South Africa’s Danél Louw kicked off a multi-podium weekend by securing third in 1:02:24.

Men’s Pro
Fabian Eisenlauer headlined the Men’s Pro race with a win in 59:28. Eisenlauer built a comfortable lead to finish nearly a minute clear of his nearest rival.
Ireland’s Damien Bourke put in a strong performance to earn second place in 1:00:21, holding off Aidan Dwyer, who completed an Irish 2-3 on the podium in 1:01:00.

Pro Doubles
Saturday’s Pro Doubles action delivered fast times and a second podium appearance for Danél Louw. The South African partnered with Juan-Marie Herbst and captured top spot after crossing the line in 57:45. The win capped off an impressive event for Louw following her third-place finish in Friday’s individual Pro division.
In the Men’s Pro Doubles, Tony Revell and Ciaran Parkinson set the pace with an impressive sub-52 winning time of 51:59. Ewan Applewhite and Mohamed Redaoui took second in 52:53, while Jay Hogan and Tom Hogan completed the podium in 53:33.
Susana Alonso Dominguez and Manuela Garcia Caparros finished second in 58:09, with Sanjana George and Tishya Sagar rounding out the top three in 1:08:43.
