HYROX went to Johannesburg, South Africa, for the first time on 1st March 2025. The event was held in at the Johannesburg Expo Centre.

Men’s Pro

The Men’s Pro was won by Olympic Rower, Kyle Schoonbee, in a time of 01:04:09

Second was Sheldon Valjalo in 01:09:01

Third place was taken by Janno Nel in a time of 01:10:54

Women’s Pro

The Women’s Pro was won by Danél Louw in a time of 01:08:34

Second was Sabrina Daolio in 01:16:54

Third place was taken by Juan-Marié Herbst in a time of 01:17:37

Pro Doubles

The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Daniel Griesel and Estian Ferreira in a time of 00:59:39

The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Jane Stroebel and Marelize Zeelie in a time of 01:12:39
