HYROX Hong Kong held an event from 26th to 27th July 2025 at the AsiaWorld Expo.

It was the sixth race of the 2025/26 season and featured notable athletes such as Dexter Buchanan and Elite 15 athlete, Rylan Schadegg (who won last weekend in Delhi).

Women’s Pro

The Women’s Pro was won by Mollie Fkiaras (nee Emond) in a time of 01:03:10.

At the time of writing, Mollie holds the Open Doubles World Record with Meg Martin (catch our podcast chat with Meg here), and the pair were Pro Doubles 30-39 World Champions at the Chicago 2025 World Championships.

Second was Clare Cheung in 01:08:19

Third place was taken by Sara Gandola in a time of 01:09:25

Men’s Pro

The Men’s Pro was won by New Zealand athlete Dexter Buchanan in a time of 00:58:34. He also raced in the Open Doubles, finishing 1st overall. Dexter has raced 9 times in HYROX to date, and has set some seriously impressive times – definitely an athlete to watch out for!

Third place was taken by Alex Smith in a time of 01:05:10

Pro Doubles

The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by Michael Wu and Daniel Yeung in a time of 01:00:49

The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Melanie Enriquez and Lily Jervis in a time of 01:03:32
