The next HYROX Hong Kong event will be held on 23rd and 24th November 2024 and will be the Asian Open championships.
The event has also been announced as the venue for the 2nd Elite 15 Major races of the season, which will be held on the Friday night. More information on the Elite races can be found here.

The latest HYROX Hong Kong event was held on 25th-26th November 2023 as part of the Hong Kong Fitness & Wellness Expo.

The Men’s Pro division was won by Tanguy Cruz in a time of 01:01:52.
Second was Tom Rodgers in 01:03:54.
Third place was taken by Christoph Lex in a time of 01:06:17.
Women’s Pro
The Women’s Pro was won by Jessica Short in a time of 01:09:40.
Second was Biddy Sefton in 01:17:56.
Third place was taken by Amal Hanyn in a time of 01:19:59.
Women’s Open
The Women’s Open was won by Eadaoin McGuinness in a time of 01:06:05.
Second was Holly Davies in 01:09:25, closely followed by Jodie Crisp in 01:09:49.
Men’s Open
The Men’s Open was won by Liam Meadham in a time of 00:58:54.
Second was Laurence Kwan in 01:04:04.
Third place was taken by Enoch Lam in a time of 01:05:39.

The Men’s Doubles was won by Chun Ho Ho and Hoi Kin Tsim in a time of 00:56:02.
The Women’s Doubles was won by Clare Cheung and Claire Nesbitt in a time of 01:02:31.
