HYROX went to Brisbane for a 2nd time in the 2024/25 season on 1st-2nd March 2025. The event was held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, and was the biggest HYROX Australia event yet!
Many big names in the sport competed – including World Record holder Hunter McIntyre (who raced in Pro, and mixed doubles with the brilliant Joanna Wietrzyk), CrossFitter Ricky Garard, previous Rox Lyfe podcast guests, and CrossFit legends, Tia Clair Toomey and James Newbury, Jane Erbacher, Chris Woolley, and many many more!

Men’s Pro
The Men’s Pro was won by Hunter McIntyre in a time of 00:55:33
Second was Mitch Lovelock in 00:59:26
Third place was taken by Luke Brotherton in a time of 00:59:26

The Women’s Pro was won by Connie Stevenson in a time of 01:07:02
Second was Aisling Ryle in 01:07:17
Third place was taken by Calypso Sheridan in a time of 01:07:17

The Men’s Pro Doubles was won by William Martin and Nikola Sovljanski in a time of 00:52:39.
The Women’s Pro Doubles was won by Nicola-Georgia Macbeth and Gabrielle Nikora-Baker in a time of 00:59:27.
