The first UK based HYROX race of the 2022/23 season took place in Birmingham on 15th October 2022.
It saw over 4500 athletes competing with new age group world records were broken. It was also the largest indoor fitness event ever, and the largest HYROX event ever, at the time.
The race was held at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC) which is conveniently located near junction 6 of the M42 motorway, and is adjacent to Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station.
