2024 HYROX World Champion Megan Jacoby of the USA marked her return to top-flight racing with a win in the Women’s Pro event at HYROX Athens.
After two frustrating years blighted by recurring injuries – during which she managed only the odd appearance in doubles and singles events – Jacoby has made her intentions clear and is now working alongside coach Tiago Lousa with the sole focus of earning back her spot among the Elite 15.
Over in the Men’s Pro race, Scotland’s Graham Halliday took top spot with a time of 55:12, picking up a vital 105 points as he continues his own push to reclaim a place in the Elite 15 ranks.
HYROX Athens was held on 5th-6th September 2026 at Metropolitan Expo, Athens International Airport.

Women’s Pro
Megan Jacoby completed her return to top-level HYROX racing with victory in the Women’s Pro, winning in 57:30.
Stefanie Oswald finished 40 seconds behind in 58:10, with Saskia Millard completing a strong podium in 58:46.
Men’s Pro
Graham Halliday took victory in the Men’s Pro in 55:12, finishing 34 seconds ahead of compatriot Liam McCroary, who took second in 55:46.
Gregory Pereira completed the podium in 56:44.
Pro Doubles
Maarten Enthoven and Cem Ter Burg won the Men’s Pro Doubles in an impressive 49:29, breaking the 50-minute barrier.
In the Women’s Pro Doubles, German pairing Seka Arning and Stefanie Oswald took victory in 53:55, with Oswald adding the Doubles title to her second-place finish in the Women’s Pro.
