The latest HYROX Frankfurt event was held on 9th December 2023 at Messe Frankfurt.
2021 World Champion, Tobias Lautwein, raced for the first time since pulling out of the Amsterdam race back in November. Tobias also finished 3rd in the most recent World Championships.

Women’s Pro
The Women’s Pro was won by Madi Mansberger in a time of 01:06:34, closely followed by Jennifer Nikolaus in 01:06:41.
Third place was taken by Rebecca Naether in 01:07:15.
Men’s Pro
The Men’s Pro was won by Tobias Lautwein in a time of 00:58:43, very closely followed by Aitor Lizarazu in 00:58:52. Aitor finished 1st in the Mens Pro division the previous weekend in Stockholm and is showing some really impressive performances this season. Tobias didnt really lead at all in the race until the final few seconds where he passed Aitor on the final few wall balls. As we so commonly see with Tobias, he paced his race to perfection. Â
Third place was taken by the UK’s Marc Dean in 01:00:03. He had led early on but just couldn’t quite hold on in the latter stages of the race for the win.
Women’s Open
The Women’s Open was won by Vera Nickel in a time of 01:06:05, closely followed by Jessica Pennings in 01:06:29.
Third place was taken by Samantha Pretty in 01:07:09.
Men’s Open
The Men’s Open was won by Domen Dornik in a time of 00:54:53 (in his first ever singles race!)
Second was Hidde Weersma in 00:57:39, just a week after his Elite 15 performance in Stockholm You can read a couple of brilliant articles that Hidde has written for this site here and here.
Third place was taken by the UK’s Ash Harrell in 00:58:22, an experienced runner also taking part in his first ever HYROX race.
Doubles
The Men’s Doubles was won by Pieter Maes and Tom Franssens in a time of 00:50:44.
The Women’s Doubles was won by Linda Meier and Seka Arning in a time of 00:55:49.
The Mixed Doubles was won by Florian Gast and Imke Salander in a time of 00:54:42.
