Berlin hosted the second HYROX event in Germany of the 2022/23 season on November 5th 2022 at the Messegelände Berlin.
The race saw some very impressive performances in the Men’s Pro division in particular where the first 3 athletes all finished in under 60 mins, only the second time in HYROX history that this has happened. They were the 3rd, 8th and 9th fastest times of the HYROX season so far. The men’s open also saw the 3rd fastest time ever.  The below video reviews the most recent HYROX Berlin race in more depth, and includes post race comments from the Women’s Pro winner (and doubles world record holder), Janne Thomsen…
