HYROX Essen

Essen hosted the third HYROX event in Germany of the 2022/23 season on November 13th 2022 at Messe Essen.

The event saw some very impressive performances, including Dieter Schwarzkopf breaking the Men’s Open World Record in a time of 55:40m.  There were also 2 age group World Records broken, and wins in the Pro division for Tobias Lautwein and Viola Oberlander.
