Rox Lyfe is dedicated to the wonderful sport of HYROX.
The site is led by myself, Greg Williams. I entered my first HYROX competition in Birmingham in October 2021 and was instantly hooked. Initially a sprinter in my youth, I then moved into football, and eventually more hybrid fitness training. The amount of running in HYROX was WAY out of my comfort zone (anything above 200 meters was long distance to me!) but as soon as I did my first event it instantly got all my attention (it’s very addictive!). Since my first event I’ve been able to improve my time by over 20 minutes.
This site aims to be the ultimate source of information for athletes competing in, or interested in, HYROX. We cover all the information you need to know about the events, training and technique tips, nutrition and supplementation, mindset tips and much more.
